Kevin A. Memley is a refreshing and versatile composer whose works have received the worldwide attention of audiences and performers.  Though largely self-taught, Memley has received praise for his fine compositional craftsmanship and dedication.
    He is in demand as a commissioned composer and his music has been prominently featured in the ACDA national and regional conventions since 2009.  In addition, many All-State choirs across the United States have performed his works.  He is published with Pavane Publishing (including the Kevin A. Memley Choral Music Series), GIA-Walton Music, Gentry Publishing, John Rich Music Press, and Epiphany House.  Memley has also composed, orchestrated and conducted for film. His two feature scores, “Final Encounter” and “Daim Duab” have played largely in the West, Europe and Asia.
    Since 2009, Memley has directed the Kingsburg Community Church choir and often writes for them.  He holds a Designated Subject Credential in Multimedia from Fresno Pacific University and has taught music in public schools for 28 years.  As an accomplished pianist, he has accompanied the nationally acclaimed Clovis East High School choirs, the San Joaquin Chorale and the Clovis Community College choirs.
Kevin is an active member of the American Choral Directors Association.  He resides in Fresno, CA, with his wife Melody and three sons, Mark, John and Kyle.
